How the Forms Work

Pretty much all the forms we use in our office are here on-line as PDF file for you see and use. Unfortunately, as those of you familiar with PDF files know, the information you type into PDF forms cannot be saved on your personal computer. So, to best use these forms, do one of the following:

Either print out the form after you open it, then using a pen handwrite your information on the form to bring in...

Or, enter the information on the computer, then print it (just remember, at this time you can only print the form, you can't save it to work on later; once you close the form, the information you typed in is lost).

Filling out forms in advanced is only for your own convenience, and is certainly not required.

Each of these forms is available in the office at the time of your visit, and they can be filled out then (just come a little earlier if possible, so you have time to fill the form out).
