Patient dentistry surveys about our dentist, our hygienist, and our dental office in Minneapolis

We like to know how each patient's dental appointment went, and so a week or so after each appointment we send the patient a 3rd party patient survey that can be completed anonymously if desired.

Post-care dentistry surveys are a way for the dentist and dental team to improve

By asking the patient to tell us about the care received, we can improve our care if needed, or (as in most cases!) simply bask in the praise of our patient.

Our patient surveys give us a great idea about how we are doing as a team and as a dental practice. Patient surveys are sent out electronically a day or so after each patient's appointment, asking how the patient's appointment experience was. Patient surveys can be completed anonymously if so checked on the survey form.
